DESCRIPTION
BMX legend Toby Henderson brings his design experience to a completely new generation of carbon forks for SPP. Starting with a proven race‑geometry, he re‑imagined every detail around Supersized Technology – larger cross‑sections and muscular shoulders that shift carbon to the places that take the biggest hits, improving stiffness and tyre clearance. Each fork is crafted from high‑modulus unidirectional carbon fiber legs mated to a light weight 7075‑T6 alloy steerer. The result is a fully integrated crown and steerer that delivers laser‑sharp steering and reduced deflection. To handle the demands of modern BMX racing, 10/15 mm thru‑axle dropouts (10mm adapters included) are cold‑forged from aluminium for maximum durability, while an internal butterfly reinforcement strengthens the steerer‑crown interface. 2 models cover 20″ and 24″ wheel sizes with 1” to 1 1/8” tapered alloy steerers, giving riders durability and light weight. Each fork is finished in a gloss carbon lay‑up with molded SPP graphics and includes a headset wedge for easy headset adjustment. Titanium & Alloy steerer options: Choose from a 6Al‑4V titanium steerer for minimal weight and reduced deflection or a 7075‑T6 aluminium steerer for a more budget‑friendly option.
20 mm thru‑axle dropouts: Cold‑forged aluminium dropouts accept 20 mm axles for heightened responsiveness and stability.
7000-Series Aluminum Construction Each axle is machined from high-grade 7000-series aluminum for consistent clamping performance, excellent tensile properties, and long-term fatigue resistance under race conditions.
Internal butterfly reinforcement: A hidden butterfly insert at the steerer‑crown interface improves durability and distributes loads, reducing the chance of steerer failure.
Available in 15N·m and 25N·m versions depending on model, ensuring correct setup and protection of the frame and fork interface.
High‑modulus carbon legs: Vacuum‑moulded unidirectional carbon fiber legs provide race‑level stiffness while keeping weight to around 588 g for 20″ models.
Headset Wedge hardware included: Wedge system replaces the traditional star‑nut, keeping the steerer intact and allowing for precise headset adjustments.
Proven race geometry: 32 mm fork offset and 302 mm for 20" & 353 mm for 24" axle‑to‑crown height to preserve the handling that top racers expect
