Terms and Conditions
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and shipped F.O.B our warehouse unless otherwise stated or agreed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices in effect at time of delivery will prevail. Supersports P/L reserves the right to make any changes necessary due to errors, omissions, gremlins or currency changes and shall inform dealers in a timely manner.
All orders received by Supersports P/L are subject to approval. Terms of payment will be established on acceptance and approval by Supersports P/L. Credit applications will be renewed annually. The payment of account when due under the agreed terms is essential to maintain Dealers authorized standing. Supersports P/L reserves the right of property on all product shipped and invoiced to the customer until receipt of full payment of the sale price including interest, freight and service charges. Upon acceptance of the invoice the customer acknowledges the provisions of Supersports P/L standard terms and conditions. If payment is not made in the required terms, we may charge an account service fee of 2% per month until full payment is received, and require that you pay any costs, commissions and legal expenses whatsoever arising from the collection of over due monies.
All goods are sold without return privileges. Supersports P/L representatives are not authorized to accept or approve the return of product. Approval is required for any returns. A restocking fee of 15% and/ or refurbishing charge may be applied. Unauthorized return shipment will be refused.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 7 days of receipt (own expense).
Articles purchased on sale can’t be returned if you simply change your mind or misjudge your size.
We will accept the return of sale items where there is a manufacturing fault .
Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected. We will refund the returned goods within 14 days to the account you paid with less shipping charges. Returning costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of the returned products or provides a tracking number.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE PURCHASE?
If you would like to exchange an article, please contact Customer Service before sending your article back so we can confirm availability and put the exchange article aside for you.
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will ship the exchange article within 5 working days. ( additional shipping charges may apply )
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED GOODS?
As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse, we will notify you by e-mail. Please note that it takes a while to process your return. A refund will follow within 14 working days.
All products sold by Supersports P/L are covered by a limited warranty from each of their respective manufacturers, against defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship. Supersports P/L reserves the right to repair or replace defective goods returned within the warranty period. Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and original proof of purchase must be supplied.
